- Using the sources provided in class (including the documentary we watched in class prior to break), write an argumentative essay addressing the legacy of Alexander the Great. Both perspectives should be included-as discussed in class-but make sure you convince the reader that his legacy is either positive OR negative.
- Your essay will follow the 5-paragraph format: introduction, 3 body paragraphs and a conclusion.
- Use the OUTLINE posted in Google Classroom to help guide you as you write.
- Body paragraphs-MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE DIFFERENT DOCMENT CITED in EACH paragraph to make your argument effective! USE parenthetical citations as discussed in class.
- MLA HEADING- has been typed in the left hand corner on the Google doc template posted in Google Classroom. You just will need to TYPE your NAME where indicated at the top.
- INTRODUCTORY paragraph- you may create your own OR use the one modeled for you (doc attached).
- MUST be written in special elite 12 font! (Already formatted for you!) DOUBLE SPACED.
- To correctly cite the documentary, write: (Discovery Education, 1997)
